Dr. Sadia Qazi is a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Primary Care Physician with over 31 years of medical experience, providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients across New Jersey. With more than 25 years of experience running her own private practice, Dr. Qazi has built a reputation for delivering personalized, attentive, and comprehensive medical care rooted in trust and long-term patient relationships.
Her extensive experience extends beyond her private practice—Dr. Qazi provides care in six nursing homes across New Jersey, including Preferred Care, CareOne, Avalon, and several others, where she treats elderly and medically complex patients with dignity, respect, and empathy. In addition, she is deeply involved in caring for patients in group homes, ensuring continuity of care and advocating for their health, safety, and quality of life.
Dr. Qazi’s clinical expertise includes weight management, women’s health, blood pressure, and diabetes management, where she takes a holistic and preventive approach to help her patients achieve and maintain optimal health. She is a passionate advocate for her patients’ well-being—empowering them with education, support, and individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

Selena Sackroolar

Selena Sackroolar, MSN, AGACNP-BC, is a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of progressive nursing experience across a variety of clinical settings. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University. She is certified by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Throughout her career Selena has provided high-quality, patient-centered care in inpatient hospital units, primary care practices, subacute rehabilitation settings, and long-term assisted living facilities. Her approach to care is grounded in the belief that true health extends beyond the management of acute conditions. She is committed to helping patients develop long-term wellness goals that support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being across the lifespan. Known for her empathy, clinical expertise, and collaborative style, Selena values the trust patients place in her. She considers it a privilege to partner with individuals and their families to create personalized care plans that promote lasting health and improved quality of life.
